Pledge Day: Nov. 1, 2010 : What is a pledge?
We understand not everyone can give to the Ed. Foundation at this time. If that’s the case, we URGE you to please consider a PLEDGE. To pledge is to promise an amount today to pay by June 1, 2010.
Just print this donation form and mark the 3rd box from the top that says: “I am planning to send a check for ____ during the month of _______.”
Organizations with Matching Gift Program
Many companies generously match donations 100% thus easily doubling a donor’s contribution. The funds that we gain from companies help the donor increase their level of giving and at the same time make a difference in our children’s education. Contributions from matching companies totaled $327,073 in last year’s annual appeal.
Looking at the grants for 2009 at the elementary level, $327,073 is equivalent to paying for our Science Specialist (4th & 5th), all librarians, and the Computer Lab. Program in 2009.
