This year’s Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair is October 6 and 7 from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. Mark your calendar to come down for the best lunch in town.

Grand View’s Tri-tip Sandwich booth at the Hometown Fair is a local tradition. Our secret recipe rub is applied for two days’ of marinating. The meat is then grilled to perfection, carved, and placed on a fresh-baked roll from Puritan Bakery.
