Skechers Pier to Pier Walk 10/29

JOIN THE GRAND VIEW TEAM! Join your friends and classmates at the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk on 10/29! This awe-inspiring community event supports our public schools and children with special needs. Last year the Skechers Foundation quadrupled donations, so for every $30 registration our schools received about $120! With incredible support from our community, the Skechers donation was $130,000 last year – let’s top that this year! There will be a fun zone, tons of freebies, drum lines, cheerleaders, and more! Can’t participate on 10/29? Consider signing up as a virtual walker and your gift still will be quadrupled by Skechers! Click here to register with the Grand View Team and make sure to designate MBEF as your charity of choice so your gift will support our MB schools. Questions? Contact Grand View Team Captain Blake Bullock.

Tonight (9/6) is the last chance to drop off your donations at the PAC!

Wednesday is the last chance to drop off Hurricane Harvey Relief Donations! Grand View volunteers will be accepting donations in the PAC (2617 Bell Avenue) from 4 PM to 9 PM tonight. Here is a list of all the donations accepted. Show your love for a community in need!

In follow up to Dr. Matthews message on the Manhattan Beach Aid Cleveland Texas (A.C.T) hurricane relief effort, we are working quickly to make necessary arrangements at Grand View.  We have an opportunity to get aid by next Friday to 8,000 residents in the rural Texas town of Cleveland, who need urgent help. This is going to be a tremendous and quick effort for our community and will require hundreds of volunteers across the district.  We need each and every one of you to consider lending a hand to pull this off!

Please consider making any of the following contributions that work for your family:

1. Donate school or pet supplies per specific instructions

2. Volunteer at our collection site on Tuesday 9/5 and or Wednesday 9/6 in the evening

3. Donate money to MBX for ACT
