Our school district utilizes Aeries, an online student registration system designed to save time and the forms associated with enrollment and re-enrollment of students. Letters providing a unique, safe Aeries log-in, will be sent out by the district via e-mail. This letter contains instructions directing parents how to access a secure website where registration information is entered using the login.

All PTAs across the district are supporting this online registration. Whether you have children at MCHS, MBMS or an MBUSD elementary school, you will have access to this easy-to-use online registration tool.

NOTE: Medical forms that require a Physician’s signature will still need to be printed and submitted to school. This will be identified in the online Registration Process.

Please come to the Grand View office to fill out the Pre-Enrollment Information Sheet. Please bring all necessary documentation: the child’s original birth certificate and immunization record as well as three separate original utility bills. Please bring in the originals and one photocopy of each. Feel free to arrive anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with the exception of the beginning and end of our school day (7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.). All new kindergarten parents will register using our on-line registration database, Aeries. After the office staff has input all pre-enrollment forms, parents will be e-mailed an Aeries login. This is the login is needed to register students on the aeries portal. It is the parent’s responsibility to complete the on-line registration process in its entirety.

Manhattan Beach Unified School District continues to have increased enrollment in various grade levels at all schools. The district determines school assignments to accommodate enrollment patterns and, therefore, school site preferences cannot be guaranteed. Students assigned to a school other than their school of residence will be put on a waiting list pending availability at that school.
